Park in a parking spot on our lot. We have after hours key drop envelopes next to the office door. Fill out envelope put keys inside envelope and drop through mail drop in first garage door.
We do offer a free shuttle service with-in a 5 mile radius of our shop. When making your appointment let us know if you will need a shuttle so we can schedule accordingly. We also can schedule you a rental car through Enterprise rental car. For car2go.com members there are usually several cars available within a couple blocks of our shop you can reserve.
We do not charge our existing customers to scan your computer. In most cases you can come by and we will scan your computer and advise you of the next step and if it is safe to drive until you can get vehicle in to have diagnosed. If your check engine light is flashing we advise you to drive the least amount possible so that you don’t damage the catalytic converters. See SERVICES PAGE for diagnostic fees.

No, Bradshaw’s is a great alternative to taking your car to the dealer. We can perform all factory scheduled maintenance for you and will use Original Equipment parts and fluids to keep your warranty.
Yes, at Bradshaw’s we only will perform complete timing belt jobs. Our estimates will include timing belt, water pump (if powered by timing belt), thermostat, timing belt tensioner, idler pulley, coolant, camshaft seal(s), front crankshaft seal, and serpentine belt(s). Make sure when getting estimates that they itemize all parts and labor so you know what is included with your estimate.
Yes we have two available appointments daily for oil change waiter appointments, one appointment at 8am and one appointment at 1pm. Plan on it taking about one hour to change your oil and perform oil change inspection. You can schedule this online at APPOINTMENT REQUEST or call us.

We always recommend using AAA towing if you are a member. (1-800-AAA-HELP / 1-800-222-4357) Or you can use TEAM Towing at 503-282-8697. You can either pay team towing directly or we can put towing charges on your bill at Bradshaw’s and you can pay for it when you pick your vehicle up
For the Service Center it is best to access our driveways via Hawthorne Blvd. We have two driveway entrances there are several parking spots on our lot. If they are all taken feel free to park where you can on the lot bring keys into the front office to have vehicle checked in then we will take care of your car for you.
For the Transmission Annex you can enter our parking lot from 12th Ave. or Belmont St. Park in one of the parking spots and then bring your keys into the front office to get vehicle checked in.
