If you should have a problem…

• If after business hours call our 24 hour warranty administrator (877) 367-6144.
• If possible bring your vehicle by when the problem is occurring.
• You don’t need to bring your repair order, we have it on file.
• If you feel vehicle is unsafe to drive or may cause further damage have vehicle towed to us.

We will do the following…

• Inspect your vehicle and road test it with you if needed.
• Make you a fresh cup of coffee.
• Shuttle you back to work or home.
• Analyze and diagnose the cause of the problem.
• Contact you and let you know what we found.
• Repair the problem and get you back on the road!
